Lillibullero rhythm

The tune lillibullero sounds something like this. Except the transition from the third to the fourth measures of the B part sounds off, specifically, rushed. I looked online for other versions, and all the ones I could find, including the BBC version are like this. I wonder if for english dances it is played the way I have it in my head? My aunt also is used to it the way I'm used to. Now I need to ask all my musician friends how they think this tune goes.
