Coordinating Comments

There's been a continuing discussion about my entry on sexist terminology in contra dance, on both google plus and facebook. There are two problems with this: (1) it's not clear to someone viewing the post where discussion is happening and (2) the discussion is fragmented and it is difficult to follow both of them. I want to be able to put in a bit of javascript and say "show all comments from people discussing this elsewhere". Something that might look a little like this:

Below my entry would be two threads, one for each time someone had shared the post. If a post had been shared multiple times on the same social network, it would get multiple threads. It would be nice if I could make this all happen completely automatically using the social networking platforms' apis, but I would be ok with having to specify post ids or something.

(I don't like the existing facebook comments plugin because it doesn't treat comments posted on a site the same way as comments posted on facebook.)
