Bus Plotter VIII: Experimental Subway Support

The MBTA

released their subway realtime info for the red, blue, and orange lines on friday. I've updated my plotter to also support subways. There are still some kinks, as the format is not as friendly as the bus format, but it's decent:

red, orange, and blue lines.
